Job summary

HESCO is seeking an Account Support Specialist to join our team in the Northeast region. This role supports customers and the Sales team across the entire sales and order process, acting as a central coordinator among customers, vendors, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Office-based, five days a week, with opportunities to learn our products and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s not required but helpful.
• Experience in customer service, account support, sales support, distribution, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes, orders, modifications, and cancellations by phone and email with accuracy.
• Partner with Sales to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as primary internal contact for customers on quotes, orders, products, and delivery.
• Monitor open orders and quotes; follow up on delays or issues.
• Maintain ERP backorder info and CRM data accurately.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Warehouse to resolve customer needs.
