Job summary

You will review POs in ERP, monitor orders through production, and communicate status to customers. The role involves resolving inquiries on deliveries, invoicing, and returns while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service experience and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.
• Manufacturing industry exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through shipment.
• Review purchase orders and enter information into ERP systems.
• Monitor orders throughout production and fulfillment.
• Communicate order status, schedules, and project updates to customers.
• Resolve inquiries related to deliveries, invoicing, order changes, and warranty concerns.
• Schedule and participate in customer status meetings with cross-functional teams.
