Job summary

Allied Personnel Services is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a manufacturing company. This temp-to-hire role offers full-time hours with shifts 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm and pays $24.00 per hour.

You will serve as the main contact for customers, manage item numbers and BOMs, process orders in the ERP system, and coordinate updates and delays with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional communication and organization skills are a must.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
