Job summary

Technoaerospace is seeking an Account Service Coordinator to serve as the central link between customers and internal teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from intake through production and delivery, coordinating engineering, production, quality, and supply chain to meet specifications and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for tracking, reporting, and status updates.
• Experience supporting recurring customer accounts or long-term programs preferred.
• Familiarity with production processes and value-stream concepts preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication for customer-facing and internal collaboration.
• Basic ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution of orders
• Manage order flow from receipt through production and final delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain functions
• Review basic engineering drawings and technical specifications to support accurate order execution
• Track order progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to maintain schedule, quality, efficiency, and customer commitments within the production value stream
• Maintain accurate documentation, status updates, and reporting for internal and customer visibility, while supporting Key Account Management and Program Management teams as accounts transition into recurring business
