Job summary

Verdesian Life Sciences is seeking a CSR to ensure exceptional customer service and full compliance with customer requirements. You will act as the primary liaison, managing the order process from receipt to invoicing across internal teams and external customers.

The role covers order entry in ERP, ship date estimation, shipment tracking, and invoicing within 24 hours of shipment, plus ongoing communication and issue resolution to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce and ERP data management.
• Experience with ERP platforms; Excel and Word reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management from PO receipt to invoicing.
• Enter orders into ERP system next business day.
• Coordinate shipping, tracking, and delivery with logistics partners.
• Communicate order status with internal teams and customers.
• Identify and resolve customer issues with root-cause analysis.
