Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Three years minimum in a Customer Service role; shipping/Bills of Lading experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer delivery status to customers and plant management staff.
• Work closely with Inventory staff and Plant Management to ensure orders on a changing schedule are met.
• Maintain accurate and timely schedules to meet production and customer needs.
• Create all required paperwork and forms for product deliveries to customers.
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Back-up coverage for Customer Service Manager when needed.
