Job summary

AirLife in El Paso, TX is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver exceptional service across inquiries, orders, and post-sale support. The role is fully onsite with potential remote days after training and high performance.

You will handle ERP order entry, EDI, provide status updates, support Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, and resolve issues within 24 hours. Bilingual is a plus and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer care role with B2B customers.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage rapid, accurate order entries from AirLife’s channels.
• Handle calls and emails: orders, status updates, tracking, inquiries.
• Provide cross-team support (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Process inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues per procedures.
• Identify potential product concerns and follow complaint handling.
• Support returns, billing inquiries, and customer analysis as needed.
