Job summary

Klöckner Pentaplast seeks a liaison to coordinate all in-house contact with assigned customers, salespeople, and kp staff who place orders or ask about product availability, orders, status, or shipment dates.

You will process orders, track deadlines, handle order changes, and support resolving credit holds while maintaining shipping information in SAP. Strong English, math ability, and SAP/Salesforce experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Solid computer skills with experience in SAP and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between Klöckner Pentaplast and the Customer to coordinate orders and inquiries.
• Process orders and track deadlines from entry to invoicing.
• Support resolving credit holds with Sales Admin/SCC.
• Maintain shipping information for customer orders in SAP.
• Handle order changes in cooperation with relevant departments.
• Support the entire supply chain with sales representatives and operational interfaces.
• Complete country and region-specific formalities and documents.
• Monitor customer-specific stock levels and overdue stocks.
• Develop SAP reports and monitor late orders with follow-up.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding order status and delivery dates.
• Ensure FIFO is observed and optimal supply chain continuity.
