Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to customers to resolve problems and process orders.
• Provide professional service as Cardinal Health at-Home representative.
• Support inbound call queue: place orders, search for products, process returns, and provide delivery updates.
• Resolve order issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain monthly Quality Assurance metrics.
• Attend 1:1 meetings with Supervisor to discuss goals and career development.
• Demonstrate strong communication and information retention for effective customer assistance.
• Maintain a distraction-free workspace.
