• Provides professional, timely service as a Cardinal Health at-Home representative.
• Supports an inbound call queue, placing orders, searching for products, processing returns.
• Responds to order inquiries and provides delivery updates.
• Addresses order issues with timely problem resolution.
• Maintains a distraction-free workspace in a fast-paced environment.
• Participates in monthly quality assurance metrics reporting.
• Uses monthly 1:1 meetings with supervisor to set goals and develop professionally.
