Ultimate Staffing is seeking customer-focused professionals to deliver high-quality service and support across multiple programs. In this role, you'll assist customers via phone and written correspondence, resolve inquiries, and process account updates.

The Customer Experience Representative will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, and work toward retention and sales opportunities while meeting performance goals for quality, productivity, and attendance.

Formación

• Associate's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and motivated to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries with professionalism
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Meet performance goals for quality, productivity, and attendance
