Job summary

RXO is seeking a Customer Operations Representative in Minneapolis, MN. You will maintain reports, track shipments, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This on-site role pays $21.64 per hour with potential bonus or commissions depending on performance and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales by managing the branch's key accounts.
• Enter loads and confirm shipment status notes.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with warehouses and customers.
• Track shipments and update customers on status.
• Resolve shipment issues and share updates with customers.
• Enter data into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Carrier Operations on issues.
• Prioritize workload and monitor report cards.
