Qualifications

• Execute daily operations for assigned accounts, understanding their growth strategies, goals, and contractual agreements.
• Track all customer shipments and monitor the load board to ensure coverage and service levels.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers through appropriate channels.
• Handle freight classification and pricing for quotes, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Identify and resolve shipment issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Develop strong relationships with customer contacts and facilities.
• Foster internal collaboration with carrier reps, managers, and sales teams.
