Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions, is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to serve as the primary customer liaison for troubleshooting and resolving hold code delays. You will communicate effectively via phone, in person, and in writing, with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.

This role connects service groups with customers and requires solid customer service experience. Responsibilities include maintaining key customer relationships, updating clients on job

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-paced, customer service environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized self-starter with a proactive follow-up system.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks urgently as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• High school diploma; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with major customers.
• Update customers on job completion statuses via email, phone, and portal.
• Answer technician and customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Close out work orders in customer portals with billable status.
• Manage customer reports and workflow; proactively follow up as requested.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
