ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions in Monroe, NC is seeking a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to act as the central communication hub between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

You will manage service requests, schedule technicians via FMP360, process data in BAAN, assist with quotes and parts ordering, and help maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central communication hub between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians via FMP360.
• Enter and verify customer data in BAAN; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide quotes to customers based on technicians' recommendations when needed.
• Order parts and support equipment, maintaining clear communication with key accounts.
