Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Monroe, NC seeks a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and internal teams. You will manage service requests, schedule technicians through FMP360, and enter service data in BAAN to ensure accurate, timely service.

You will assist with quoting, parts ordering, and communication with key accounts while helping maintain efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Computer ability: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and entering customer information in BAAN.
• Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians via FMP360.
• Provide quotes to customers based on technician recommendations.
• Order parts when required and maintain clear communication with accounts.
