Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Operations Supervisor for a contract role based in Bridgewater, NJ. The incumbent will lead SOM and controlled drug compliance, oversee order management with our 3PL partners, handle billing, and provide escalated customer support to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires a proactive, self-starting professional with 3–5 years in pharmaceutical environments, strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years related experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing and supplier environment.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or in team settings.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop improvements.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• SOM and controlled drug compliance and process ownership.
• Oversee order management and develop relationships with our 3PL partner for shipments and errors.
• Order billing and billing preparation.
• Provide escalated customer support and ensure timely responses.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution of complaints.
• Ensure unsurpassed quality service for Lupin customers.
• Interact with internal management and participate in meetings as needed.
• Understand department processes and assist in SOP creation.
• Support promotions, pricing, and sales initiatives as needed.
• Mentor associate representatives and aid in their development.
