• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• SAP experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support departmental projects, reporting, and operational initiatives.
• Analyze and report on key business and customer service metrics.
• Manage customer order fulfillment activities and related processes.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners regarding shipments, deliveries, and issue resolution.
• Assist with product allocation, inventory management, and back-order management.
• Support controlled substance compliance requirements and procedures.
• Contribute to SOP development and process improvement initiatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Pricing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
