SERB Pharmaceuticals seeks a Trade Operations & Logistics Manager responsible for the overall operation of SERB’s 3PL partners ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant distribution of SERB’s pharmaceutical products.

You will manage inbound and export shipments, coordinate with internal supply chain and quality teams, oversee DSCSA/Serialization, budgets, and onboarding of new products in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or health sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain and Distribution experience.
• Experience with international shipments and customs clearance.
• Experience with DSCSA requirements and EDI data (852, 867) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee SERB’s 3PL partners and ensure compliant distribution.
• Manage inbound shipments with internal Supply Chain partners.
• Lead end-to-end exports to ROW and coordinate cold chain needs.
• Ensure DSCSA/Serialization compliance and license requirements.
• Maintain annual 3PL budget and track expenses.
• Support new product onboarding and internal SOPs, audits.
