Job summary

CareTria is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to manage orders via phone and electronic channels, verify pricing, invoicing, and other order-to-cash activities. You will follow scripts, resolve inquiries, and act as the liaison between our company and customers.

The role demands attention to detail, strong communication, and experience with billing, CRM systems, and MS Office. Collaboration within a team and accurate documentation of financial transactions are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of billing and invoicing experience.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answers and resolves customer inquiries within committed time frames.
• Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships with knowledge of order processing and conflict resolution.
• Supports other members of the Customer Operations team in a team-structured environment.
• Promotes compliance and embraces continuous quality improvement.
• Maintains current contact documentation within CRM related to customer accounts.
• Maintains records of routine accounting transactions and ensures processes are documented and controlled.
• Validates contract pricing, units, credit limits and licensor in applicable systems.
• Accurately manages invoicing and finance management for the customer.
