Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Data Entry, AR/AP, Payroll, Workforce Management or as a Payment Specialist.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to generate and interpret reports on timesheets, invoicing and adjustments.
• Collaborative and proactive with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify process improvements to streamline invoicing and reporting.
• Process timesheets and generate invoices for business clients.
• Create and maintain custom reports for invoicing, timesheets, and payroll adjustments.
• Collaborate with the business operations team to improve workflows for clients.
• Address invoicing and timesheet discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure SOPs and internal controls for invoicing and payments are followed.
