Job summary

Affirms is seeking an Operations Associate to join its Customer Operations team. You will handle escalated inquiries primarily by email, with occasional phone contact, delivering timely resolutions and maintaining high quality standards.

In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply your product and financial knowledge, participate in training, and help drive improvements across processes and features.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years required experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment (phone, email, chat, etc).
• Proficient in English; French skills highly valued.
• Comfortable with remote work and using Google Workspace and Mac OS tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries via email, with occasional phone calls.
• Maintain professionalism and high QA scores with clients.
• Use product/financial knowledge to investigate and resolve issues across cases.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and responsibilities.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement including coaching and quality monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze and resolve complex issues.
