Job summary

Affirm, Inc. seeks an operations associate to join our customer operations team. You will resolve escalated inquiries primarily by email, with occasional phone support, while maintaining professionalism and high QA scores.

You’ll use your knowledge of our products and financial services to investigate and resolve a wide range of issues, participate in training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in processes and features.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• 1-3 years of customer interaction in an omnichannel environment.
• Comfort with working in a fast-growth, remote-first environment.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze issues and apply problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated inquiries via email, with occasional phone support.
• Maintain professionalism and achieve high QA scores with clients.
