Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a Customer Business Operations Specialist I to support strategic accounts across North America and Europe, coordinating demand requirements, delivery execution, and revenue-related processes.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Order Management, and other teams to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in Sales Operations or related fields, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or related functions.
• Experience supporting customer-facing operational processes with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer demand planning and delivery management for assigned accounts.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Order Management.
• Monitor demand changes, forecast updates, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Maintain operational data, reports, and account information.
• Assist in contract execution and revenue-related processes.
