Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is hiring an Associate Customer Consultant in Austin, TX. You will lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring customers are trained and able to fully leverage our products. You will act as a product expert, conducting trainings and coordinating issue resolution across teams.

The role emphasizes data handling, training delivery, and strong communication to diverse audiences, with opportunities to drive customer success from onboarding through renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with data: view, extract, transfer, store, recall, and manipulate data files.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to train and transfer knowledge to customers.
• Ownership mindset; proactive, collaborative problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation activities with customers.
• Ensure customers are engaged, trained, and able to use the product.
• Be a product expert and share best practices for value realization.
• Conduct trainings and product walk-throughs for varied audiences.
• Perform 30-day onboarding check-ins with customers.
• Serve as main onboarding contact and coordinate issue resolution.
• Prioritize business needs and track implementation progress.
• Assist customers in upgrading to new solutions and data migration.
• Provide status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Oversee transition to internal teams after onboarding through renewal.
