Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in a customer service, sales support, administrative, or coordination role is a plus.
Database experience preferred.
Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding new customers and supporting the sales team.
Coordinate with ERAMs and internal departments to finalize agreements, quotes, bids, proposals, and contracts.
Update customer information and activity in Salesforce CRM and Navision.
Serve as a helpful point of contact for customers during the first year and assist with retention activities.
Schedule initial customer meetings and help introduce customers to SDMyers services and team members.
