Job summary

Tessera Labs, a high-growth startup redefining enterprise modernization using governed, multi-agent AI, is seeking a Customer Onboarding Lead. You will own the onboarding journey from plan to go-live and partner with customers to ensure a smooth, predictable path.

You will map internal approval processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive timely decisions to shorten deployment timelines. Strong communication and project coordination are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer onboarding or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience building processes from scratch and working with cross-functional teams.
