Tessera Labs is redefining how enterprises modernize complex systems with governance-driven, multi-agent AI for ERP modernization. The Customer Onboarding Manager owns the journey from first handoff to production go-live, accelerating value for customers.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across GTM, TPM, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure, turning ad-hoc efforts into repeatable onboarding processes and measurable improvements in time-to-live metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer onboarding or related roles.
• Experience coordinating multi-team onboarding efforts in a B2B software environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder updates.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel and maintain schedules.
• Experience building or improving onboarding processes and playbooks.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end onboarding from GTM handoff to production go-live.
• Map and manage customer approval paths (security, compliance, architecture, legal, procurement).
• Coordinate internally with TPM, Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and GTM to provide timely responses.
• Develop a repeatable onboarding playbook and track onboarding metrics.
