Job summary

12twenty is seeking an experienced onboarding leader to guide a four-person onboarding team and drive successful adoption of our enterprise talent acquisition platform. You will own end-to-end onboarding from contract to confident platform use, partnering with product, sales, and success teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SaaS onboarding or customer success, 2+ years in people leadership, and a track record of optimizing processes for remote teams.
