Job summary

twentyAI is seeking a customer-facing engineer in Austin, TX with 1–2 years of experience to work closely with client teams. You will understand client processes, define architectures, and build AI agents, workflows and data pipelines on our platform.

You will travel to client sites and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders, contributing to product direction and enterprise-scale deployments early in your career.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of engineering/FDE experience.
• Computer Science or relevant technical degree.
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and system design.
• Comfortable working across APIs, databases and data flows.
• Enjoy bringing structure to messy, ambiguous problems.
• Willing to travel regularly and talk to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their processes, legacy systems and success metrics.
• Turn loosely defined problems into architectures and production systems.
• Build AI agents, workflows, integrations and data pipelines on the company’s platform.
• Take deployments learnings back to the product team to shape future features.
