Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking an Onboarding Manager in Austin, TX. You will lead the customer onboarding process end-to-end, serving as a trusted advisor and coordinating with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless rollout of DealHub.AI.

The role requires strong communication, time-zone flexibility, and a data-driven approach to configuring integrations and gathering customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer-facing orientation.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Graduated in Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems / Economics.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/MS Dynamics) is an advantage.
• Experience implementing software end-to-end is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process end-to-end and act as trusted advisor to customers.
• Attend customer meetings and calls across multiple time zones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor DealHub's solution and ecosystem.
• Collect customer business requirements, configure integrations, and answer questions.
• Ensure clients are satisfied with the solution and drive successful outcomes.
