Job summary

Hach, a Veralto company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative for Loveland, CO, on-site. You will deliver quality service for customer onboarding and questionnaire processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet supplier information requests and ensure swift, accurate responses.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Sales, Renewals, Service, and Bids, with a focus on documentation management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through SOPs and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Advanced user training and proficiency might be required for: Oracle, Salesforce, Dodge, Quote Tool

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding, supplier qualification, corporate information requests, and customer questionnaires (CQ).
• Respond to inquiries by interpreting requirements and providing accurate guidance; support Sales, Renewals, Service, and Bids with pre-sales and onboarding.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant responses.
• Manage customer portals and compliance documentation, registrations, audits, forms, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain response libraries, contract repositories, tracking tools, and reporting for data accuracy and business continuity.
• Provide backup support for qualification, contract administration, order and renewal support.
• Support operations and compliance activities, including audits and reporting.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and system initiatives; develop SOPs and train users.
• Serve as a cross-functional resource, guiding and solving complex issues.
