Responsibilities

• Handle field and bench service inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Generate quotes and create work orders in ServiceMax for US-based customers.
• Update customer accounts and instrument installed base information in ServiceMax and Oracle.
• Support customer billing inquiries and coordinate with management as needed.
