Imerys in Roswell, GA, is seeking a Customer Account Services Specialist to manage onboarding, record maintenance, price administration, and credit and complaint workflows. The role partners with Sales, Credit, and SSC to ensure accurate data and timely service.

This hybrid position requires a detail-oriented communicator with ERP experience and a background in manufacturing. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred; SAP and Salesforce experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, analytics, billing or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate onboarding of new customers with key functions
• Set up and update customer records in systems
• Partner with Sales to administer pricing
• Maintain customer records
• Identify and address record integrity issues
• Research credit requests and submit for approval
• Enter customer complaints and submit for approval
