Atlas Roof and Wall Insulation, a division of Atlas Roofing Corporation, seeks a Customer Service Specialist for the Diboll, TX facility. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, manage accounts, and communicate pricing and lead times to ensure timely shipments.

The role requires strong telephone skills, ERP/CRM proficiency (PeopleSoft/Salesforce), and a solid understanding of customer service processes in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred or four years of customer account management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent telephone skills and serving as primary liaison between customer and company.
• Proficient use of data entry software and ERP/CRM tools like PeopleSoft and Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a liaison between internal and external customers and advocates quality customer experience.
• Manages existing and new accounts, promotes new products, communicates pricing, responds to requests, resolves complaints, and maintains quality service.
• Handles all customer requests from placement through shipment and billing.
• Monitors backorders, reviews production and inventory reports, and informs customers about backorder status.
• Informs management of changes in lead times or production problems impacting customer service.
• Verifies price on orders to ensure billing accuracy and minimize adjustments.
• Follows up on quoted projects to help secure orders.
