Job summary

Kirkland’s is seeking a Sales Leader in Tupelo, MS who is customer-obsessed with strong product knowledge and presentation skills. You will guide the team, model excellent customer interactions, and help maximize store sales through effective coaching and brand standards.

You will lead in-store and online selling, manage opening/closing duties as MOD, and ensure merchandising, promotions, and inventory accuracy align with company policies and store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience.
• Energetic, people- and results-oriented, competitive.
• Valid Driver license and ability to lift/move merchandise.
