Job summary

Kirkland's in Lancaster is seeking a Sales Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences both in-store and online. You will model service, coach the team, and execute store plans with the Store Manager to maximize sales.

You will lead by example, train staff on loyalty and promotions, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure stock accuracy while building rapport with customers and co-workers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Strong communication and customer selling experience are required.
• Energetic, people- and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver's license is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to read and interpret company directives, handbook, and manuals.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to climb ladders for stocking and banners.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports customer selling in-store and online experiences.

• Contributes to store profitability and understands sales growth impact.
• Reads customer cues to create exceptional in-store experiences.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise.
• Represents the brand professionally and adheres to company policies.
• Performs Manager on Duty responsibilities such as opening/closing and supervision.
• Assists with freight processing, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy.
• Champions Kirkland's Home Values in daily interactions.
• Performs other duties as needed.
