Kirkland’s is seeking a Sales Leader in California to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a team to exceed sales targets. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to implement business plans, ensure operations, and model outstanding customer behaviors in-store and online.

You’ll develop teamwork, train staff, manage POS and stock processes, and champion Kirkland’s values while focusing on profitability and growth. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year management experience in a retail or service industry.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to operate a POS system and manage stockroom duties.

• Executes Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities including opening/closing and supervision.
• Assists in freight processing and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Performs other duties as needed.
