Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail or service industry.

• Valid Driver license required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to manage inventory, stockroom and storefront presentation.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports customer selling in-store and online experiences.
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture focused on greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding on and thanking customers.
• Contributes to understanding sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads customer cues to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Educates customers about loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise assortment.
• Represents the brand professionally and adheres to company policies.
• Performs Manager on Duty responsibilities including opening/closing procedures and team supervision.
• Assists with freight processing, stockroom organization, pricing and inventory accuracy.
