Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience.
• Energetic, people- and results-oriented with drive to succeed.
• Valid driver license required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in both in-store and online shopping experiences.
• Leads a customer-obsessed culture prioritizing selling behaviors with greetings and engagement.
• Understands role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads cues and responds to customers to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise assortment.
• Represents the brand professionally and supports company policies.
• Executes Manager on Duty duties: opening/closing, supervision, etc.
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
