Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of banking or financial services experience preferred.
• 1 year of developing customer relationships and meeting sales goals preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred; teller experience strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience required; lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and cross-sell across lines of business.
• Educate customers on digital channels and tools for banking.
• Drive sales conversations through outbound calls and in-branch interactions.
• Acquire new customers while deepening existing relationships.
• Identify and close sales opportunities to contribute to branch goals.
• Promote branch growth through retention of customers and referrals.
• Partner with Mortgage, Investments, Business Banking, and other lines of business to meet needs.
• Handle deposit and credit-related inquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform teller transactions and balance cash daily.
• Adhere to laws and BSA/AML policies and manage risk.
