Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated experience.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and cross-sell across lines of business.
• Proficiency with digital channels and educating customers on Zoom, Online/Mobile Banking.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calls, service-to-sales, and appointments.
• Acquire new customers while maintaining and deepening existing relationships.
• Perform teller functions, balance cash daily, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
