Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Customer Master Data Specialist in the United States to establish and maintain customer master data across our order-to-cash and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs. You will manage account changes, license and tax data, and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Salesforce, delivering a proactive, detail‑oriented service.

This role supports audits, data governance, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' Customer Service experience.
• Experience with SAP order-to-cash system functionality preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining customer master data across systems.
• Maintain ongoing changes and deletions of accounts with accuracy.
• Investigate licensing and financial responsibility status; update registrations as needed.
• Ensure tax, tax exemption status, and payment data are current.
• Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, and Salesforce.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with accuracy.
• Assist with Master Data audits and contribute to SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate SAP audits checks and participate in data validation for mass uploads.
