Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Customer Master Data Specialist in the United States to establish and maintain customer master data across the order to cash process, ensuring accuracy of addresses, licensing, tax and payment information, and supporting DEA and state requirements.

You will provide first line customer support via phone, email, and Salesforce, conduct audits, participate in data validation and data uploads, and collaborate on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of SAP order-to-cash system functionality preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Phone system and Salesforce experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer master data in order-to-cash systems.
• Manage changes, deletions, and licensing for customer accounts.
• Ensure tax, exemption, credit card, and bank data accuracy.
