Job summary

CSL in Summit, NJ is seeking a Manager to lead customer master data governance across the contract lifecycle and ensure accurate GTN outcomes. The role directs a team responsible for end-to-end customer account setup, hierarchy management, and data quality, partnering with Finance, IT, and Operations to prevent pricing errors and revenue leakage.

You will drive root-cause fixes, improve data integrity, and scale processes for efficient order processing and revenue assurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer master data, data governance, or commercial operations within pharma or healthcare.
• Experience managing direct reports in an operational environment, including performance management and development planning.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Model N or similar ERP and revenue management platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to audit, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Service, and Contracting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Team Execution: Direct a team responsible for customer account setup, maintenance, hierarchy management, and data governance, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across the account portfolio.
• Develop & Lead the Team: Manage performance, growth, and workload for direct reports, setting clear goals, giving regular feedback, and building bench strength through coaching and development planning.
• Own Data Quality & Governance: Set and enforce data standards, validation rules, and customer hierarchy integrity across systems, ensuring customer master data supports accurate pricing, contract eligibility, order fulfillment, membership management, chargeback adjudication, and financial reporting.
• Resolve & Prevent Issues: Lead root cause analysis for data-driven errors affecting pricing, billing, or shipping, and implement fixes that prevent recurrence.
• Drive Efficiency & Scale: Simplify workflows, identify automation opportunities, and provide data quality reporting that highlights risks, trends, and operational impact.
