Job summary

CSL Summit, NJ seeks a Manager, Product Returns to lead day-to-day operations, governance, and GTN accuracy within the Customer Operations team spanning Master Data, Order Management, Chargebacks, and Returns.

You will supervise analysts, run root-cause audits, fix data errors at the source, and partner with Finance, IT, and Master Data to close gaps. This role requires 5+ years in regulated pharma, SAP and Model N fluency, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial operations, contract management, or supply chain within regulated pharma/healthcare manufacturing.
• Experience leading professional staff and managing performance cycles.
• Proficiency with SAP and Model N; ability to write data queries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations: governance for returns desk and balance daily volumes.
• Develop & lead the team: manage performance, growth, and workloads.
• Own the product returns lifecycle: validation, reconciliation, and disposition.
• Govern vendor performance: lead structured reviews and enforce SLAs.
• Audit financial variances: root-cause audits to fix source data errors.
• Close & audit readiness: support month- and quarter-end close with audit trails.
• Contribute to system upgrades: liaise on IT projects and SAP/Model N validation.
