Job summary

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) is seeking a Manager, Contract & Customer Data to own the integrity and governance of Contract Master and Customer Master data.

You will lead data quality, governance controls, and cross-functional improvements across Sales, Reconciliation, Data, and IT teams. This leadership role requires 5+ years in data/ops, 2+ years leading teams, and proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and Excel to support reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5 years of experience in operations, data management, contract administration, or related function.
• 2 years of leadership or team lead experience.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, master data, and operational controls.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end stewardship of Contract Master and Customer Master data.
• Establish data governance standards, definitions, and controls; define ownership and escalation.
• Oversee contract configuration, pricing maintenance, approvals, and load integrity.
• Manage member onboarding, eligibility, and linking to partners before affiliation.
• Lead data quality, preventive controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
