Job summary

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Contract & Customer Data to own Contract Master and Customer Master data governance and drive scalable data operations. You will lead a team, set standards, and ensure accurate data across onboarding, eligibility, and roster management.

This onsite role requires collaboration with Sales, Trade, IT, and Finance to improve data integrity and reporting while applying Lean and DMAIC methods to elevate performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in data management, contract or membership operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience and people management.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and master data.
• Lean/Six Sigma, PDCA, or DMAIC methodologies preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end stewardship of Contract Master and Customer Master data.
• Establish governance standards, definitions, and controls.
• Oversee contract configuration, pricing, and onboarding.
• Lead data quality, controls, and operational performance.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, IT, and Reconciliation.
