Job summary

Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Contract & Customer Data to own governance of Contract Master and Customer Master data. You will lead data operations, oversee onboarding and eligibility, and drive process improvements across Sales, Reconciliation, Data, Finance, and Member Experience.

Strong leadership and Lean/Six Sigma experience are valued. The role requires 5+ years in data or contract-related operations, 2+ years leading teams, and proficiency with Power BI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, data management, contract administration, membership administration, or related business function.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, master data, and operational controls.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, DMAIC, value stream mapping, or related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end stewardship of Contract Master and Customer Master data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee contract configuration, pricing maintenance, approvals, and data integrity for member access.
• Lead data quality controls, issue resolution, and performance reporting to leadership.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements to increase scalability and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and standardize operating procedures and workflows.
