Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) is seeking a Manager, Contract & Customer Data to own governance of Contract Master and Customer Master data. You will lead data operations, ensure accuracy, and drive cross-functional improvements across Sales, Reconciliation, and IT teams.

The role emphasizes governance controls, pricing accuracy, membership onboarding, and scalable processes, with a focus on data integrity and operational excellence within a healthcare data environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, data management, or related functions.
• 2+ years in leadership, supervision, or team lead roles.
• Experience governing data quality, master data, and controls.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, DMAIC, value-stream mapping.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel for decision support.
• Experience with contract administration, pricing, and membership operations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Healthcare, GPO, supply chain, or data-intensive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance of Contract Master and Customer Master data.
• Define ownership, handoffs, escalation, and governance controls.
• Oversee contract configuration, pricing maintenance, and approvals.
• Manage member onboarding, eligibility, and linkage to partners.
• Monitor data quality, performance metrics, and drive improvements.
